Since some years we have, together with the chocolate line, a line of chocolate biscuits which package has been completely re-examined. In addition, thanks to the experience obtained in the realization of the product, and collecting the opinions of consumers, we were able to improve the quality and quantity of ingredients in each product. The chocolate biscuits line, in a new perspective, are more attentive to the needs of the costumers, and has become lighter and less caloric. The production is realized with recipes with 10% less sugar and increasing the amount of cocoa betters the taste. In order to produce these chocolate biscuits we use fresh products that are GMO free.

To the precious cocoa of our production has been added the Sicilian almond which, first toasted in the oven, adds a unique perfume and an unforgettable taste. |
| PrisonersDiscovering an old journal of a prisoner, we prepared this recipe. Starting from the poverty of jail’s ingredients (eggs, flour, butter, salt) we personalized them with drops of delicious South American chocolate. |

| SpicedThe scent of the spices that came from Venice’s harbor in the past times became the guideline for this recipe. We combined the best Venezuela’s cocoa with the Sicilian pepper with a pinch of cinnamon; this give to the product an unforgettable aroma which, even after days of production, remains the same.
