Chocolate pasta

chocolate pasta A series of products on the basis of fresh pasta naturally dried, with an addition of delicious Philippines cocoa; it is the best served with meat or vegetable sauce.

This product has become a boast for our company: we are in the first in Italy to think of combining chocolate to the most famous Italian product, our finest cocoa, living origin to chocolate pasta, which we prepared in different shake in order to meet the client’s favorite taste. 
 
Nowadays chocolate pasta is sold in a new, simple and clean package, and on the back there are a series of recepies to use it with the best ingredients of the Italian tradition.

Snacks and chocolate breadstick

chocolate breadstick Little chocolate salty trunks.  After years of experience in the gastronomy field, and after haveing brought to our chocolate in the best restaurants of the world, we thought about realizing this line of salty products which give the opportunity to taste delicious cocoa with the pleasure of a good snack anytime.

Even for this line we work with fresh and free GMO products.

New and intriguing salty snack to try as aperitif or during the day, maybe accompanies with a good wine (for example; Recioto de Gambellara).

The snack line is available in packages of 250gr (8.81oz) in specialties like:

Little sesame trunk:
Baked product, perfect to insert in restaurants in the breadbasket. The utilized scented cocoa is perfect combined with toasted sesame; the small dimensions of this product make it even more irresistible.

Breadsticks:
the classic breadstick from Torino, now together with Dolomiti’s chocolate, a product inspired by youths that during a break can be satisfied with a delicious product that mixes taste and lightness. Delicious also with the classic tradition of thinly slices raw ham (San Daniele) from Friuli.

Kamut Crackers and chocolate:
light and highly digestible products, thought for everyone who doesn’t want to give up taste, but pay attention to their body shape.  Chocolate crackers are also highly digestible, tank to the addition of “cumin” a spice from Dolomiti which helps digestion.
 

Chocolate liquors

Often our clients ask us: “With what should we combine chocolate? With which wine or liquor?”

We did think about that too!

With chocolate liquors we wanted to improve the collection of our chocolate products with products with the base of liquor combined with the finest Grappa Veneta from Dolomiti and our South African chocolate.

The combination results in a harmonious and robust, with a low alcohol level; this is to give the client the opportunity to taste the products in peace, obviously with moderation for those who need to drive.

 

Chocolate liquors Dark chocolate liquor:
the strongest, the most decisive, the darkest in the production is the Ciokuore, with the highest amount of pure dark chocolate in it.

Grappa liquor:
We couldn’t deny our origins: we have created a harmonious combination between the finest grappa Veneta from Montivigno with our chocolate. Old recipe 81%; the result is wonderful, delicate and decisive at the same time.

Blueberry liquor:
our experience in the production of blueberry chocolate, made it possible that in the combination with the liquor the result would come out a fresh and fruity product which, tank to the Dolomiti’s blueberry, result to be highly digestible.

Rum liquor:
everyone at least once in their life tried to taste a chocolate truffle with a glass of rhum. We did more: we separate the rhum from Antille with our mono origin Arriba Ecuador cocoa; we obtain an harmonious product, great to be tasted by itself or combined with other chocolate. 

Nougat liquor:
with this product one more time, we united the products that since ever they combine best with chocolate: rum and piemonte’s hazelnuts; try to believe it!
