Swallow nests with tomato and basil Ingredients: • 250 grams of Della Vecchia’s chocolate pasta • 200 grams cherry tomatoes • 10 basil leale • 100 grams of tomato sauce • Salt • Parmesan cheese
Cut the tomatoes into two parts, put them in a saucepan and cook for about 10 minutes with only a little oil on low heat.
Add the tomato sauce and cook, adding salt to the end and half of the basil leaves.
Cook the pasta in abundant salted water, and once cooked, drain, season the sauce with tomatoes, parmesan, the remaining basil chopped raw.
