The main laboratory Mirco Della Vecchia with the end of 2010 was moved from its historic Limana one in the new and more powerful located in the San Gregorio nelle Alpi (Belluno), at Paderno, always in the heart of the Dolomites.

In the new Mirco della Vecchia's headquarter there are four employees in the office, which is divided into:

  • Secretarial and Accounting Dept.
  • Sales Dept. Italy and abroad
  • QC - Quality Control Dept.
  • Franchising Stores Dept.

Factory

Located in the heart of Belluno's Dolomites National Park, the new factory is a blend of architecture and functionality.

In his 1200 sqm Mirco della Vecchia develops all phases of the production process, from the arrival of cocoa beans, working them by the processes of roasting, bursting, grinding, milling and conching, until the final processing, such as the production of pralines, chocolate bars and all specialties now in the catalogue.

The factory is divided into 3 productive centers, one for processing the cocoa bean, one for the manufacture of chocolate and, finally, a new biscuit factory where they work on an original and unique recipes developed directly by master Mirco Della Vecchia: instead of cow butter s a share-based cocoa butter, worked exhaustively by hand.

Show room

At the entrance of the company there is an area dedicated to the showroom, which in effect is a faithful reproduction of the franchising project Mirco Della Vecchia, in this area during the months of December and then March to April, the company gives the possibility to consumers to purchase products directly from the factory themed products for Christmas and Easter, transforming the show room in a real chocolate factory outlet.

Warehouse

The flagship of the new factory is the new storage warehouse. Powered by a compressor with refrigerator humidity control, the warehouse is definitely what most of today's technology we can expect for the conservation of cocoa and chocolate.

How to reach us

From the South: Coming from Feltre on SS50 / Busche, after the village of Santa Giustina, turn left towards Sospirolo - Agordo, then follow signs to the passing Meano Paderno, turning further left towards the industrial area. The chocolate lab. is located on the right right after, at n° 22 in May I Street.

From the North: Coming from the SS50 Belluno, after the town  of Sedico and the following straight road, in the village turn right towards Gravazze Sospirolo - Agordo. Continue right until you see signs for passing Meano Paderno, turn left towards the industrial area.The chocolate lab is located on the right right after, at n° 22 in May I Street.
