My history

The master chocolatier Mirco Della Vecchia

 My story ...

 

Mirco Della Vecchia is a graduate of the Institute Hotelier Longarone.

I started working at the age of 13 years as a confectioner in summer and winter in the school.

I knew immediately that the cafe would be my future.

So in 1996 I started a series of inter-regional competitions dedicated to the gentle art, quickly gaining numerous awards.

These are my results:

1997 1st Place Contest Festival d'Autore MIG (International Ice Cream) in Longarone

1998 1st place Author MIG (International Ice Cream) in Longarone

1998 2nd place in Competition Chocolate SIGEP in Rimini

These business results:

From 1994 until 2000 I worked at the most prestigious pastry and chocolate shops in Cortina d'Ampezzo (BL) and in Switzerland. I attended many courses in the world of Black Gold.

2000 I opened a chocolate shop in Limana Bakery Cafe (a few kilometers from Belluno) where I started to produce the first chocolate bars. I started with classical mixtures and then gradually, those with hot peppers, blueberries, raspberries, cinnamon, mint, prosecco, rum, gin, to the tablet 100% of pure chocolate.

2004 I started to market the chocolate produced in Limana throughout the whole Dolomites and was immediately a success from a few hundred boards a year, I started a production of thousands of tablets per month.

2004 I was elected President of the Pastry Craftsmen in Belluno.

2005 I opened a new and highly efficient laboratory on an area of 280 square meters can produce more than 1000 tablets per day, and I equipped for large scale production of Easter eggs with surprise custom, also on behalf of other laboratories.

2005 I became a father (nice win)

2006 I opened a new store in Piazza Lorenzo Limana Florida in which I have given much space in addition to the chocolate, coffee roasting and imports of tea leaf.

2006 I was elected Regional President of Confectioners

2007 Expansion of the ocean other chocolate products in New Yolk and Orlando

2007 achieving the first of my stores in Franchising sixteen BL

2008 I created a series of franchised stores, first in Milan then Feltre (BL), Bressanone (BZ), Rovigo and Belluno.

2008 Fund with 5 other colleagues, the Fine Chocolate Organization

2008 I Participated in a meeting in Santo Domingo to implement a project to produce high quality cacao

2008 I gave birth to a  chocolate school along with chocolate Fine Chocolate Organization

2008 Together with the Veneto Region which will start on the path to the establishment of a school of chocolate in which to form chocolatiers worldwide

2008 Along with Coswell of Bologna, in a group of artisan chocolatiers to supply all of Italy Esselunga

2008 Again extend my lab, perfecting even the stages of unloading cargo warehouse

2009 I became a father for the second time!

2009 Opening of 4 new "Mirco Della Vecchia's" Franchising shops
