These business results:From 1994 until 2000 I worked at the most prestigious pastry and chocolate shops in Cortina d'Ampezzo (BL) and in Switzerland. I attended many courses in the world of Black Gold. 2000 I opened a chocolate shop in Limana Bakery Cafe (a few kilometers from Belluno) where I started to produce the first chocolate bars.
