Here is the latest interview of Mirco della Vecchia as chairman of Fine Chocolate Organization Italian chocolatiers. In the interview broadcasted on Kiss Kiss Radio on June 28, the master chocolatier answers questions about what are the new trends in chocolate and chocolate craft issues.

It was held on May 8, 2010 the official opening ceremony of the new chocolate atelier Mirco Della Vecchia.
