Pa.Bo.Gel to the starting line |

They are starting preparing for the Pa.Bo.Gel., the most important Roman event on pastry, icecream and catering.
This year the organizers have decided to reward the efforts of two years that we are doing to give visibility to the quality Italian chocolate.
Quality chocolate in this case rhymes with homemade chocolate: in fact during the event, on Monday, the master chocolatier Mirco Della Vecchia will host the brothers Pipolo of Naples to demonstrate the different techniques and different approaches with which we conceive chocolate in Italy.
This is also the period of EuroChocolate, the largest international showcase chocolate in this case, however, there is the handcraft look instead of the carrier Pa.Bo.Gel., therefore for one day there will be industries and multinational to dictate the rules of the game, but the master chocolatiers of Fine Chocolate Organization.
