Since always Mirco Della Vecchia further to be focused on the customer seeking new products that more and more answers to the consumer' needs, such as sugar free chocolate, gluten free and without OGM, is also envolved and devoting time and resources to those people that for their adversity did not have yet the concrete possibilities to show their value or to emerge.

Here therefore that Mirco since da past 2 years has took part to the foundation of Fine Chocolate Organization, but even more on the Fund Cocoa Onlus he is undertaking and taking part to sustainability projects turned to cocoa manufacturing populations. Trying to create with the several missions in south-america a concrete and constructive relationship to establish commercial exchanges that pay the cocoa with a fair price.

Besides specific projects on the cocoa, Mirco is taking care of charity work with AIPD Association (association Italian down people) and recently together with some other collegues from Belluno' province has taken part to the realization of a recipe book entirely made with Down peoples' help.
