Chocolate courses

All courses on chocolate are on a “one on one” basis.

During the “one on  one” course, only one  student will be allowed in a session, there is the possibility also of keeping all the work produced once the course is over, without any extra charge.  

  

Chocolate courses are effectuated directly and they include the development of the following topics:

  1. Hand-made praline
  2. Basic processing techniques (tempering, storage, covering, hollow creations)
  3. Advanced course (sculpting subjects, covered pralines, serigraphy, decoration)
  4. Special course for chocolate contests  (praline for contests, pieces, pulled sugar)
  5. Christmas (Santa Claus, Panettone e Pandoro praline, Christmas subjects)
  6. St. Valentine special (chocolate hearts, lollipops, little lovers sculptures, lovers praline)
  7. Easter special (creation of chocolate Easter eggs, chickens, rabbits, etc.)
  8. Trendy Easter  (decorated chocolate eggs, classics and alternatives, new proposals)
Other topics can be arranged with the teacher in order to satisfy the specific needs of the costumer.
