Mirco Della Vecchia is able to organize events for the public, in squares or public structures, in order to spread the knowledge of chocolate world and of origins of the processing of organic materials.
Events are organized and realized in collaboration with communication agencies, Pro Loco, Counties Departments or other organizations. The organization of each event needs is required and planned at least 3 months earlier, with arrangements made by phone or by e-mail. We will do an inspection of the site and meetings on site with the person responsible for the area and together we find and agree on the best solution.
We evaluate together the best solution for: - Time – the length of the event and the period of it
- Location – the best area for the event
- Publicity – the best ways of communications to publicize the event
- Costs – the costs for the whole event
