Chocolate and welfare is a combination that puts Mirco Della Vecchia among the highest world level of handmade chocolate producers, thanks to his attention to a healthy and balanced diet, with little sugar but without sacrificing the taste of the Made in Italy chocolate.
Biological chocolate
All the chocolate we produce is made with organic origin cocoa and four of our range products were further certificates for all their manufacturing process.
Sugar free chocolate

Almost 80% of the production of chocolate is made with maltitol, and therefore without sugar: this peculiarity does not alter the taste but gives the possibility of consuming chocolate to diabetics and to the overweight people.
Gluten free chocolate

Some years alll the chocolate we produce is gluten-free: this because we acquired facilities that do not require the addition of soy lecithin in the preparation of chocolate.
OGM Free chocolate
The philosophy of Mirco Della Vecchia is the one of an artisan company that enhances the flavours, the manuality to produce them and traceability of them. In line with these principles we could not be contrary to the intensive production of raw materials with OGMs. So all the raw materials we use are not produced using OGM (Genetically Modified Organisms).
